yes the fork is adjustable. The fork is currently set up for a 150-165 lbs. rider but I think it would work fine for you if you are an aggressive rider. Not sure on the hub spacing for the fork off the top of my head but the axles are 20mm front and 12mm x 135mm rear. 
sounds like you are already riding a pretty small bike for your size but if you are comfortable on that for FR and DH this frame would work.
Yes this is a small frame.
I would sell just the frame and rear shock at 1,000.00. I'm basically just throwing in the rest of the parts as a bonus.
